Our firm engaged Adrian to prepare, facilitate and host our 2019 team workshop earlier this year. I cannot understate how helpful and valuable Adrian's preparation, input and insight was to the workshop. He kept us on target and extracted enormous benefit and exceeded expectations. The program has had a significant impact on our team. During the session we were able to get to a depth of conversation that had not been possible before. Since the session, we have been more open and honest with each other than ever before which has already created more confidence and trust to say what we think and move forward. Adrian has been fundamental in helping us build a strong foundation.
We recently had Adrian come in and lead us through a workshop to help our team think big in creating a positive culture and team environment in a challenging environment. Adrian is a pleasure to work with and was a real asset at the Sponsorship News Conference in Sydney, a major industry summit with about 150 attendees and 20+ speakers, organised by myself. Adrian's workshop was super relevant and refreshingly engaging, his team-building exercises woke attendees up and gave the rest of the conference an enthusiasm boost that was felt throughout the whole event. The content of the workshop was also very tailored and focused - his session was definitely a highlight.
Our time with Adrian was extremely valuable. He was able to create a safe environment which revealed to me some issues within the team I was not aware of. This allowed us to identify as a team what we needed to differently to leverage everyone's ambitions and abilities to not only create an inspiring environment, but produce stronger results for our internal customers.
