Each participant will receive an invitation to complete the assessment, a video explaining the evaluation, and a link to the rating questions that allow them to share their perspective on the team’s dynamics and their contribution to the team’s dynamics.
Previous participants have suggested it takes 20-30 minutes to complete the assessment. Within 72 hours of the team completing the online questions, the AB Team Dynamics Report will be sent to all team members to explore before the Results Immersion session with Adrian Baillargeon.
Your team will come to the Results Immersion Session primed to review and discuss the results and, more importantly, with ideas on what they can do to evolve how they achieve success. Some clients report discussions being before the Results Immersion Session, creating a more robust platform for the conversations that make the most significant impact.

For the most successful outcome, what Adrian requires from you in return is:
● Open to the idea that you may have to change your perspective on how you lead the team.
● The work doesn't end after the Action Accelerator Session. To get the best results, the team needs full commitment to focus on the outcomes of the work intentionally and agreed actions within two weeks of our time together.

The data in the AB Team Dynamics Assessment acts like a well-built bridge. It allows people to get to a place they want to go, without having to be worried the structure will crumble. Over time, the very best teams openly discuss opportunities and issues, but we know that is only sometimes easy to do with the right foundations.
To ensure and encourage people to be upfront and honest with their responses, we have taken several steps to protect individual privacy.
When team members complete the assessment, they can leave high-level generic information about themselves (age group, gender, etc). This information is optional and not shared with the leader or other team members. When responses are submitted, we store the results anonymously for research purposes.
The four open-ended questions provide a fantastic opportunity for team members to share something they probably wished they had said sooner. To encourage truthful responses, individual responses are made visible to all team members; however, they are not attributed to the author.
