The CEO Mastermind Series is structured to provide you with maximum value while minimising time away from your sport.

- Timing: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (arrive from 8:30 am for coffee)

The Format
This is not another workshop with slides and theory. Each session is built for CEOs to share openly, stress-test real challenges, and walk away with actions that matter. The plan for the sessions is as below, and this can evolve based on your needs.
- Sharing of Achievements & Challenges – start by sharing one win and one current challenge to build connection and context.
- CEO Insights Exchange – small-group peer coaching to unpack live challenges, proposals or ideas.
- Leadership & Learning – a focused input and discussion led by Adrian on a theme that matters most.
- Impact Accelerator – a structured process to identify your top priority for the next three months.
- Debrief & Shared Reflections – close with reflections, commitments and insights to carry forward.
- Optional Lunch – continue the conversation in a relaxed, informal setting.
