Combining stories and analytics from sport and business, this immersive workshop provides senior leaders with insights, strategies and useful tools to create teams that drive stronger results and increased engagement through a high performing culture.
Throughout the day, participants will gain insight into:
- The concept of Cohesion through the interrelationship of team members;
- How structure and shape can hinder or help the development of Cohesion;
- Why a lack of access to talent can be an advantage;
- The two essential drivers of higher performing teams; and
- Where you get your personal leadership energy from and
You will also participate in:
- The GLA Team Destruction exercise to help demonstrate the power of cohesion;
- Reviewing the AB Team Dynamics checklist to identify what you can do to improve relationships and alignment within your team; and
- A self analysis of your current personal performance energy.
All tickets include:
- Participation in the Lab
- A Leadership Performance workbook
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
PLUS a 1:1 30 minute VC session with Adrian or Ben during the week following the lab.
